Pessimists say that it never happens. That online casinos are a scam and internet gambling is a bust. Pessimists should talk to Leslie Perrott.

Leslie Perrott has had a very good time of it. Some gamblers are calling him a hero, for having beat £360,000 out of the world’s oldest online casino, InterCasino. He did so by repeatedly mastering their roulette tables.

He won his prize over a span of time totaling 10 days on the site, popular for its wide array of games available. His incredible wins had the security and safety committees at InterCasino confused and more than one investigation was carried out to ensure there were no errors in the programming. There weren’t.

Mr. Perrott himself said that he planned on spending the money to treat his family to “very generous Christmas presents,” and that he himself, although not nearly as startled as the authorities, was “absolutely delighted” with the win.

The obvious question is how he did it. He admitted that he had a personal system that he used, and although it obviously has the potential to work with great results, was reluctant to give out his secrets. He did admit that he felt being physically and mentally alert gave him a great advantage, as well as “keeping up with modern technology.”

On the other side of the table, InterCasino’s spokesperson Mr. Peter Marcus claimed that he was also “delighted” to hear of Mr. Perrott’s win, and hailed him as the next of a long line of big winners of the site. He made mention of a prize totaling over £4 million to another player and that that jackpot was the largest online casino payout in history, concluding that Mr. Perrott’s £360,000 was a “relatively small hit” for the successful venue.

Mr. Perrott is a grandfather to four, and a coach trimmer from East Sussex.
